My Actifit Report Card: November 9 2022

Hello Actifitters! After breakfast, I walked inside the house. I walked in the garage. I fetched my son and my 2 nephews in their school. I had a shoot around with my brother and nephew. I'm glad I'm more active this week. I hope I can sustain until I get back with my regular exercise like before.
