My Actifit Report Card: December 18 2022

Hey Guys!!

I think you all will be fine by the grace of God Almighty. I am Alive and Thriving.

This is my 2nd of loosing my weight. I started my day with a morning walk. It felt so fresh when I took a morning walk.

Today I decided to join the Gym. So it evening I went to gym to my trainer. In the gym I warmup my self with some push-ups and Chin-ups.

Than I started running on Treadmill. After doing treadmill I started my shoulder excercise. Than I did my excercises for almost an hour. I almost felt pain in every corner of my body because it was my first day.

Than I went home. I take shower and start taking my diet. Today I eat boil eggs and Chicken. Doesn't like it but necessary to loose weight 🙂

Now I am trying best to loose my weight. My current weight is 90 but it should be 75. So trying my best to loose that weight.

That's the end of my day. Keep tracking me guys.
