A good Friday, sunny and warm. I also weighed myself and I am down from 210 Lbs to 202 Lbs. No, it is not because of exercise, I have just stopped eating midnight snacks.

Ooooh midnight snacks like a little mouse 🐭
Also if you dont eat in the morning ( intermittant fast )
You will lose even more
Eat well at lunch and diner , even though , you dont need that much food.
The beach is somptuous 🦑

Actually I am now having like a breakfast/lunch around 10:00 am and supper around 6/7. After that, I just hope I can keep from eating until next day.
