Today I had loads of things to do starting with going to the airport to pick up my wife's cousin who is coming to the UK for a holiday and will be staying with us.
I queued on the M25 all the way to Heathrow. I queued in the airport for a life (20 mins - what da?). I queued for the ticket machine to pay for my parking (which was extortionate because I spent so long waiting for a lift). I then queued all the way back home! Damn!
After a bit of relaxation (a cup of tea), I went to do the weekly shop. It was packed, I usually go earlier. Guess what? I queued at the check out.
Being fireworks night in the UK, I had thought about going to watch the fireworks. I didn't though. I thought there would be long queues.
