My Actifit Report Card: October 17 2022

It's the second day of our quarantine yesterday.

I felt so well so instead of staying inside the room, I went to the backyard and do the laundry.

And as usual, I'm the one in charge of giving food and other things to my sister needed. I'm also in charge of washing the dishes.

Around 6 pm my wife and I went outside the house to breathe some fresh air.
