Sarpa Salpa:

This is the dreamfish or sarpa salpa. It's also known as Salema Porgy.

Eating this fish will make you hallucinate.

You will have visions of screaming humans and wild animals. You will see scary stuff for at least three days.

And if you don't see scary stuff, you might probably see what will happen in the nearest future.

For instance, when a National Geographic photographer ate the fish in 1960, he saw visions of scientific inventions and breakthroughs that weren't heard of as at 1960. He saw "futuristic vehicles, images of space exploration, and monuments marking humanity's first trips into space."

Dreamfish can be found in Mediterranean, the whole Atlantic coast of Africa and round South Africa to south of Mozambique on the Indian Ocean coast.

There are some who eat the fish for fun, just to have the hallucinogenic experience it gives.
