My home made chin-chin

I will love to share with you how I prepared my chin-chin.

THE INGREDIENTS USED FOR THE PREPARATION

THE NAMES OF THE INGREDIENTS

Flour 2 cups
Salt quit
Sugar 2 table spoon
Tin milk 3 table spoon
Nut milk quit
Butter 2 table spoon
Flesh egg 1
Milk flavor 1 table spoon
Water

Preparation steps.

  • I put 2cups of flour in a bowl and gounded the nut-milk and add to it.

  • Then I added 1table spoon of milk flavor

  • Then I added 3 table spoon of tin milk

  • Then I added 2 table spoon of sugar

  • Then I a little salt (quit)

  • Then I mixed it very well for 1minute

  • Then I added 2 table spoon of butter

  • Then I mixed it very well

  • Then I added 1 egg

  • Then I added little water

  • Then I rub well and form a think dough.

  • Then I roll it.

and use a knife to cut it into cube shape.

  • Then I heat up oil, and fly till light golden, I removed it with a slotted spoon,

chin-chin will be very soft when hot but hardens as it cools.
