In carrying out project and/property supervision, we are bound by a professional code of ethics, namely impartiality (independence) towards every business entity/company and parties involved in project development, therefore project supervision services are very much needed by: • Investors, parties who invest their capital in a project will be more confident that their capital will return along with the projected profits, if the construction of a project proceeds according to the quality, time and budget that have been set. • Creditors/banks, projects that are built according to the plan will provide a sense of security to the creditors/banks providing loans, because they expect that the receipt of interest and principal installments on debts will also be carried out on time as planned. • The government, projects that are built according to the plan will provide benefits to the government, either in the form of saving divisions, increasing foreign exchange or expanding job opportunities.
