High Blood Pressure and Diabetes
High blood pressure is twice as likely strike a person with diabetes than a person with out diabetes . If it is untreated high blood pressure can lead to heart disease and stroke.
In line with these last April 25,2023 the RHU Poro held a launching for HEALTHPERTENSSION AND DIABETTER CLUB for the constituents of the town and one of these is our barangay who have maintenance for high blood and diabetes and I am one of the member because of my HBP .
This program was made by the Municipality of Poro so that the people who can't buy the medicine can avail free maintenance and they gave us booklet to claim monthly. It can help us a lot.
And at that moment I really felt very nervous because they gave me a tasked an inspirational message to those who attained the program and i did it even though i was felt nervous.
