BLOG18: ab exercise

Hi blurt fam👋...today I decided to go for an exercise,because I realized that I gained so much for the past three weeks,last march 20,my weight is 68kg.and yesterday it was 74kg.😱which made me think ,why ,I stop doing plank everyday.well we all know sometimes,laziness strikes😊✌️so today I'll start my ab exercise with my new ab tool, for 3 to 5 minutes,and of course planking for 30 seconds to 1 minute daily..... And that's all for now..thank you ..god bless everyone 💕
