I found this Bee Tuesday Blurt Challenge, proposed by @beelightfully so interesting that I decided to participate. I'll be frank, I haven't written poetry for years, and I've never done Haiku before. Additionally, my language is Spanish, but I tried to do my best to make this composition.

there, next to her...
I was inspired by this photo, which I took of a bunch of metal beams that were unloaded in a shed I visited, and I thought it was great that light in the background. Nothing more disturbing than peeking through the gaps in those metal pieces, thinking the ghost is on the other side, and seeing that no, it's right next door, creepy!
I invite @mercmarg to participate in this challenge, as I know she writes very well and will enjoy doing this one. Here you can see the
Ooh I love the sound in this poem, proper spooky.
The trick with haiku I think is to count out the syllables in the lines. I think one is missing from your second line, as I count six? So amazing you do it in your second language ...!!
Ohh thank you so much! yeah I wanted it to sound creepy hahahaha. I still get confused with the separation of syllables, in Spanish it is somewhat complex, because accents are taken into consideration, or whether the vowels are strong or weak, there are many grammatical and orthographic rules, but I know them well. English is unknown territory for me. Thanks for the comment, I'll edit it and try to add another syllable.
I don't even know how you do it, and Spanish poetry is so beautiful even translated into English!
Thank you very much, it is true, it is beautiful.
