Almost every day of the week I take some time out of my day to do what I was going to do anyways, but with my niece. What do I do in my free time? Play some video games.
Of course, over the years with my niece in my care when my sister is working, I try to teach my niece how play video games. Her and I love playing role playing games, especially if there are noticeable characters she likes.
She still isn't the greatest at playing videogames, but she is learning very quickly. She has a lot of confidence within her but lots of times she'll give up and let me handle the bigger boss fights. Mind you, we're not playing these video games on easy mode, but instead regular mode. Sometimes she can hold her own in the harder difficulties.
Right now, the series we've been playing is Kingdom Hearts, we've played it when she was really young, but she didn't complete it back then. She was around 2-3 years old during this point. Naturally, she wasn't going to finish the game all the way through. This time around, her and I finished Kingdom Hearts and now we're moving onto Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories, after that we'll continue the series.
There's still much to learn for her, but I'm glad I got myself a play mate to play some video games whenever I'm bored at home. lol
