Ingredients:

  • (Homemade) Bread
  • Peanut Butter
  • Banana
  • Agave Syrup
  • Cinnamon
  • Goji Berries

Very easy to prepare and and tasty like hell.
Great before surfing.

Ingredientes:

  • Pão (caseiro)
  • Manteiga de Amendoim
  • Banana
  • Xarope de Agave
  • Canela
  • Bagas de Goji

Muito fácil de preparar e saboroso como o inferno.
Óptimo antes de surfar.

  • Erdnussbutter
  • Banane
  • Agaven Sirup
  • Zimt
  • Goji Beeren

Ganz einfach zuzubereiten und sättigt gut.
Auch ideal vor einer Surf Session.
