â˘Pork nilaga is a type of Filipino pork soup in clear broth...
It is a perfect dish that you can enjoy during the cold weather.đ
â˘In this recipe I just used what's available vegetables at my kitchen.
This is the Ingredients that I've been used! (My Own Version)
°½ kl. Pork belly
°kalabasa (cut into cubes)
°sitaw (cut into strips)
°sayote (cut into cubes)
°garlic
°ginger
°chili green
°pechay (chopped)
°spring onions (cut into strips)
°salt to taste
Instructions:
°Pour water in a cooking pot,..bring to a boil.
°Add the pork belly, the garlic and the ginger... continue to a boil until the pork becomes tender.
°Add the sayote and the kalabasa..cover for atleast 15 mins.
°Add the sitaw, chili green and the salt.. wait for atleast 5 mins.
°Add the pechay and the spring onions.
°Taste it.
