Brunch for Lunch🤤🤤
Since I have left over wrapper for my banana turon yesterday, I decided to made a lumpia!
•This is my Homemade lumpia a (lumpia with beefloaf), there are different variations of lumpia like;
1.pork lumpia
2.vegtables lumpia
3.chicken lumpia
4.togue lumpia
•Lumpia is a simple street food that you'll commonly find in the Philippines with food vendors packing tubs with vinegar with them (they're own version of dipping sauce)The vinegar really gives the lumpia that extra kick of flavour.
•My very own kind of lumpia is basically vary in filling, tasty and crunchy outside, this is just a simple dish but very healthy because of the ingredients I added.
INGREDIENTS:
•1 pc.Carrots
•1 pc. Egg (Large)
•Spring Onions
•1 can Beef loaf (Holiday brand)
•Seasoning (Magic Sarap)
•Crispy Fry (instead of a flour I used crispy fry) to give my lumpia more flavorful
•Salt
•Wrapper
•Grate the carrots
•In a mixing bowl, put the grated carrots, seasoning, salt, egg, spring onions, crispy fry
•Crushed the beef loaf using the fork
•Since I don't have pork giniling, I used beef loaf..just to make my lumpia delicious
•Then add the crushed beef loaf to the ready mix ingredients
•Mix all the ingredients
•Just add a small amount, and rolled it over
•I made 25 pcs. of lumpia
•Ready fro frying
•Ready to serve!
•Its more delicious with a dipping sauce( I just used Banana Catsup since I have kids)
