Did you ever tried Spaghetti Carbonara? Few years ago this kind of dish was almost unknown in the Philippines. Might be that the ingredients was hard to find and more expensive than others. Classic Italian carbonara sauce is typically made with just 4 ingredients: eggs, black pepper, parmesan and ham. I am lucky to have some Restaurants around to satisfy my gravings.
