Made 된장찌개 doenjang-jjigae tonight because I just felt after the first day back at work and because the snow is falling again that I needed something warm and comforting.
A few tweaks: no tofu or zucchini (I didn’t have them and I wasn’t about to drive to Hannam and in this weather) and I added some sliced ribeye I had.
I had some seafood broth pouches in the cupboard so used those to make the broth before adding the doenjang.
I love using my dolsot pots! Ingenious!
