This week 4 or 5 times I ate hamburgers. For some reason (sure age) I always forgot to take the yellow cheese out of the freezer and I was left wanting.
But this time when defrosting the meat I did the same with the cheese and kept putting cheese on top of the meat as it finished browning. This causes the cheese to melt and drip off, coating the burger.
