Egg Sandwich by mother in-law

Last Sunday, my mother-in-law was at our house because she overnighted here to take care of my eldest since we were bringing our youngest to hospital.

In the morning, I had the luxury of NOT eating my own food but hers. A simple fried egg sandwich but so delicious because it tasted like home and she cooked with love. We cooked fried egg sandwich differently. I loved to beat my eggs till very beaten. She said she preferred not so beaten and that still could distinguished the white and the yellow. I added only salt and pepper. For her, on top of salt and pepper, she loved to add few drops of Maggi sauce too. So yummy!

She even arranged nicely and cut the sandwiches into nice triangular shape. I called this loving-egg-sandwich
