Sometimes I put it with vermicelli instead of flat noodles, but it's still rice so the taste is the same : P

no,no,no,no,no ! lololol...Pad thai is a specific dish - fried noodles (fairly dry), with - maybe - some crushed peanuts on it and a few bits and pieces in the noodles ....

Yours is probably far tastier!

Well at least I remembered the peanuts! Next time I will call it "peanutty spicy shrimp and veg on rice vermicelli".
