How’s your Thursday BlurtFam?
I miss Kabsah so I bought one after our duty. Luckily, there’s a new restaurant nearby. This was just opened early this year if I’m not mistaken. It’s just 3 minutes walking distance from our accommodation.
Before the pandemic, we used to buy kabsah two or three times a month. We need to walk up to 35 minutes before we reach the kabsa store. After eating them, we need to walk back to the accommodation for another 35 minutes.
As we return to our accommodation, we’ll feel hungry again. At least, we ate oily food then we burn those fats right after the meal.
Kabsa is an Arab mixed rice dish commonly with long grain rice (usually basmati) . Every serve comes with a slice of chicken either wings, thighs, or breast.

wow it's written in Arabic there. Interesting. I guess in Philippines, you have a lot of Islamic people ?
Actually this is here in Saudi Arabia, I've been working here since 2016. In the Philippines Islamic brothers & sisters mostly living in the southern part.
Oh, cool. So you know Arabic ?
I only knew basics, at least I can communicate with them.
Cool. I think they are nice with foreigners.
