Hello Good day everyone!Hoping you all that you have a wonderful day!
I just want to share my simple cooked adobong Pusit Lumayagan or Squid for our breakfast.
This kind of dish is very simple and easy to cooked.
Kini Siya na Lumayagan or Squid pinalit ni nako ug 90 pesos in 1/2 kilo.
First na akong gibuhat ako ni siyang ge hugasan ug pagkahuman ge marinate nako ug soy sauce and vinegar.

Here is my ingredients of adobong Pusit or Squid.

1/2 kilo Pusit lumayagan or Squid
Soy sauce
Onion
Garlic
Long green chili

Instruction on how to cook:

First heat a pan and after that put 2 tablespoon of cooking oil, if init na Ang oil igisa Ang onion and garlic then mix and then lastly put the long green chili.

Unya inig human ug gisa sa mga lamas ibutang Ang Pusit lumayagan or Squid and the mixed it well, butangan ug soy sauce and vinegar.
Simmer until pusit lumayagan or Squid to cooked and put salt to taste.

Ug mao nani Ang adobong Pusit Lumayagan or Squid ready to serve.
