Today I went to the gym like every day, I train from Monday to Friday, and today was biceps and triceps day, I work the upper part twice a week. I also do cardio a few times a week I didn't do it today.
I think we have to take care of our body, feel good about yourself, I have always trained, I like it, I feel good, I de-stress, I forget for a moment about everyday life.
