Health Is Wealth

What is your daily routine? Do you find it hard to strive in order to stay balance? Do you simply go with the flow with the endless boring life cycle; work, sleep, eat and pay your bills? Hhhmm that's boring, right? Try to integrate it with simple workout. How about walking or running just 30 minutes a day? That's sound so easy.

They say HEALTH IS WEALTH. We need to eat the right foods, workout and do things that are healthy for our mind and body. By exercising regularly on top of making the right choices, we will look and feel better. I love outdoor activities, this has become my lifestyle. I'll go crazy if I would stay home working intensively straight for weeks. That is not me! It's inevitable to not be stress, simple things can turn out sour and ruin our day. OK, where am I taking you in this post? Let's workout! I'll take you to the field of joggers and athletes.

Did you know that outdoor activities provide wide range of physical and mental benefits? Let say running, it promotes cardiovascular health, and muscular strength, just like the gym, right? This is where and what I do in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon if I get busy.

Outside, you get more oxygenation/fresh air and natural light that our body needs. I prefer morning jog aside from fresh air because usually there are only several people, maybe because they're going for work. Of course, you can bring your onw mp3 player and play your own set music when you're exercising.

Frisbee Game
A lot of things going on here. Sports in the middle and joggers are jogging around, some were doing yoga at the oval corners. Looking at them only triggers my willpower to stay fit.

Whew! Look at that crowd! This is not the usual, but maybe because it has now become a trend for people and on top of that, this oval complex was just open this year to public because of the pandemic. The air is more cooler at night though. The only difference between morning and evening jog is the crowd.

We better jog in the morning, no crowd, just the music, the sun, and chirps of bird can be heard.

I'm not sure about how big big is this place, but it's really big and wide. And I would say, morning is my favorite whenever I come here because I like to do things and think of things when it's peaceful and no people around, lol. Maybe I sound weird, but yes that's what I like.
Ok, whether its running, walking or hiking, you can find outdoor activity to feel stronger mentally and physically. Which suits you best.? No more excuses!
