Eating at Mang Inasal with my Little Family👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

In celebration of my our 7th Anniversary we decided to eat at Mang Inasal since we do love their chicken,palabok and most of all their Halo -Halo!🥰💖

•We're just simply celebrate our anniversary by eating dinner(dinner date) and bring to our kids in their favorite place to rides and play.

*One of our best favorite in the Mang Inasal was their the Halo–Halo!
•The hot season has arrived in the country and Filipinos are looking for ways to help cure the intense heat. Some go to beaches and swimming pools, while some look for food or desserts to make the season a bit more chill.

A Filipino favorite – halo-halo is a dessert that contains a variety of ingredients such as red sago, buko pandan jelly, langka, ube halaya, yellow beans, red mongo beans, leche flan, macapuno, banana, and a scoop of ice cream on top. This classic dessert not only helps to turn the heat down, but it helps make the hot weather tolerable for Pinoys.

Mang Inasal, one of the country's grill experts, is calling all halo-halo lovers to join one of the biggest halo-halo celebrations this April 16, 2023, Sunday through the 'Mang Inasal National Halo-Halo Blowout' happening at over 500 Mang Inasal stores nationwide.

As part of its year-long 20th-anniversary celebration, the Mang Inasal National Halo-Halo Blowout will offer a P20 discount for the Mang Inasal Extra Creamy Halo-Halo Small, bringing down the price to P49. The one-day promo will be available exclusively for dine-in and takeout.

"The Mang Inasal National Halo-Halo Blowout celebrates the Filipinos' love for halo-halo and the special bonding moments of families and friends who enjoy it," shares Mike Castro, Mang Inasal Business Unit Head. "On April 16, we invite all our customers to visit our stores and be delighted by the Mang Inasal Extra Creamy Halo-Halo.

Mang Inasal, the country’s grill expert, has launched the new Buddy Fiesta, the small version of the best-selling Family Fiesta group meal that features a bilao of chicken and pork inasal favorites with a platter of Java Rice.

“The Mang Inasal Buddy Fiesta is in response to the clamor from our customers who are looking for a bundle for a smaller group,” said Mang Inasal Business Unit head Mike V. Castro. "This is the perfect treat for a group of two to three persons who love to enjoy their Ihaw-Sarap favorites together whether at home, in the office, or anywhere they'd love to eat it."

Mang Inasal was started by Edgar "Injap" Sia II, who owned his first business at the age of twenty. Sia engaged in the food business at twenty-six years of age, opening the first Mang Inasal branch in December 2003 at the Robinsons Mall Carpark in Iloilo City. The restaurant was an instant success, despite stiff competition from other established grilled-food restaurants.

Mang Inasal opened its first branches in the Visayan region, later expanding to Mindanao then to Metro Manila. The company started franchising in 2005; by 2008, it had opened 23 restaurants, with ten being franchised. In 2009, Mang Inasal expanded to over a hundred branches.

In October 2010, 70% of Mang Inasal was acquired by Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC), for ₱3 billion ($68.8 million) JFC acquired in April 2016 the remaining 30% previously belonging to Injap Investment owned by Inasal's founder.
