I took my father's to a doctor for check up the other day. While I was waiting at the doctor's office I checked my weight.
It was like 170 lbs before corona... now it's 175 lbs š and I can actually feel my belly these days.
My gym is still closed so going to the gym is not an option, but I found this standing exercises especially for my belly š

I tried it yesterday and I kind of felt something around my belly... but today I don't feel anything tight or anything.
Maybe I am doing it wrong... maybe 3 minutes training is nothing... lol or maybe I am doing it wrong I am not sure but I will keep exercising for a week at least and see how I feel.
Hopefully I will lose some weight. Hopefully I will have some abs. Hopefully something will happen by the end of next week we will see...
