Foam Roll Away The Pains and Aches

I have been running over the past few weeks on a semi-regular basis. A quick run ending in a sprint has caused some lactic acid and tightness recently.

What better way to do away with these problems than to foam roll!

Foam rolling is amazing and has changed the way my body feels after workout and exercise. It has been a key component to releasing tight muscles and also attaining better mobility. Go foam roll!
