If the legs are not straight up to 90 degrees, then take the legs up to 120 degrees and lift both hands and put them with the waist. You can keep your eyes closed, if you want to keep them open, keep an eye on your big toe. When lowering, keep your legs straight and lean back slightly. Then hold it with your hands on your waist and slowly lower your legs after placing your back, waist and buttocks on the ground. As long as you do sarvangasana, just take time to rest in breathing.

How to do it
In the first case it is better to do this seat with the help of walls. Make a round mattress with a long cloth. Hang the fingers of both hands between each other and place the hand on the ground up to the elbow. Place the mattress in the middle of the hand. The tip of the head will be on the mattress and the knees will be on the ground. Now move the body weight over the neck and elbows and lift the legs straight up in a line parallel to the ground. Now bend one knee upwards, then bend the other knee upwards. Now try to lift the bent knees one by one. If there is a wall at the back, there will be no fear of falling. By practicing in this way for several days, the body will come to balance. Then the walls will no longer need help.
It is better to keep your eyes closed while in the top position. Keep breathing speed normal. The legs should be brought back to the previous position in the order in which they were raised. Inhale or stand up straight after sitting up according to your nature. The blood circulation that has been going on to the brain for so long will return to normal.
Duration
You can do this seat from 15 seconds to 30 minutes. Make it a habit to spend more time with someone. 5 to 10 minutes is enough under normal circumstances.
