I tried every way to contact them, but nothing.
The website and the ionomy platform still seem to work... but nothing.
Now I have lost hope since no one can help me.

I lost some and did get it back eventually after a few months but then the latest bit, luckily way less just never came through wonder if it’s a dead exchange now
