I ask because I sent some Steem there but they haven't credited it to my account, nor responded to my support ticket.
Belatedly I did a search and found some articles by people who were having trouble withdrawing. Presumably because Ionomy's hot wallet was empty.
I usually convert to Litecoin and withdraw that. Will I still be able to do this (assuming my steem arrives so I can sell it)? Anyone here who has successfully withdrawn coins?

No, I've lost my money. They haven't responded to my support ticket.
I had some coins there I tried to withdraw - it send you the automatic verification email. But no transaction is generated, it remains greyed out.
@dusty.sparks lost a lot of money using ionomy some time ago. I don't know how it ended. Maybe he will say something? dusty did you get your money back?

I lost some and did get it back eventually after a few months but then the latest bit, luckily way less just never came through wonder if it’s a dead exchange now
