Since last few days it is heavily raining in North India and flooding has caused a lot of chaos in the various low regions. The incessant rain has caused many places to get submerged and make the lives more suffering. But there are few things that this monsoon weather has transformed completely. The rustling leaves of tress, colorful blooming flowers, and gentle breeze filling the whole ambience make us find ourselves embracing the present moment fully.
Nature has its unique way of reminding us to let go of worries and distractions, allowing us to be truly present in the here and now. As after scorching heat of summer, monsoon comes and quenches the thirst of mother earth. This is the time when life around us feel more refreshing and lively. The interconnection among flora and fauna can be felt to a deeper level among nature enthusiasts at such time.
These beautiful blooms of my orange trumpet vine give me a million reasons to be thankful for mother nature. It is the plant that has zero complaints about the soil, water and weather except two months of harsh winter when it drops all its leaves and go to it's dormancy period. For all the other months it always fill the whole space with its beautiful flowers and glossy leaves. It's really a great treat to the eyes.
Everytime I look at this, I become completely silent and feel the deep connection with nature. In urban cities, people don't get such opportunity very often to feel like things. Rather they are always distracted. Impermance is inevitable and the ever changing landscapes around us make us realize these things quite vividly.
Let us now enjoy some of the best views of this orange trumpet vine which is profusely blooming nowadays and has become a focal point of my garden. Don't forget to share your thoughts about these colorful pictures.
