SAD + HOPELESS +DEFEATED!
*PAIN IS PAIN! CHAOS IS CHAOS! -No matter what it looks like to you, never let anyone tells you that you're feelings are ridiculous.. Don't ever think that you're overreacting.. what your feelings are real and you need to honor your emotions, feels all the feels.. Just don't stay there because the longer you stay down,the harder it is to get back up!
1.CRY YOUR EYES OUT!
•Crying is very therapeutic,as often as you have to..just scream and cry into your pillow as you have to and get those tears out.
2.CALL A FRIEND!
•Pick a person that you absolutely love talking to...You can talk about your problem if you think it will help or you can use this opportunity to get your mid off of the things/ to your problems...Just talk about anything, everything, silly things or nothing because sometimes we just need to hear comforting words.
3.VOLUNTEER!
•You can't imagine the power behind helping someone or something in needs, when you help someone your heart fills up or (it will explodes)you didn't notice that you cry in happy tears and honestly it can give us so much joy.
4.WRITE YOURSELF A LOVE LETTER!
•A love letter to ourselves are very powerful and therapeutic...In this letter you tell yourself all the amazing and awesome things about yourself...You can lists all the all the reasons that you shouldn't feel like a loser and pick yourself back up again...You can go on and on about how wonderfully amazing you are.
5.PUT ON SOME LOUD MUSIC AND DANCE!
•Choose the loudest music that you've love, just sing,dance or laugh around..Just do what makes you happy.
6.GO FOR A WALK!
•A simple thing to do that we often overlook for many of us when we're feeling very sad, we don't want to get dressed and go out..Get your shoes and get outside, you never know who you're going to run into or what kind of super cool things that can happen to you.
7.WATCH FUNNY MOVIES!
•Eat your comfort food while watching movies that you've been loved because that's exactly what it does.
8.WRITE A TRUTH LETTER!
•This is where you get to write all of your anger, all your hurts, every emotions you feel about..Get it all out.This is something you can do everytime you have hateful or angry about this person or things.
9.SET A TIMER!
•We already know we can't stay in this sad moments for too long...In this time slot,just cry, feel angry, scream or do whatever you have to do, but when the timer is up try to comfort yourself and get back yourself up.
10.HAVE A "ME" TIME!
•Even if you can't take the whole day,try to take a few hours to pamper yourself,do something you enjoy, something that gets you into a state of flow because we must honor and feel our feelings.
