Eggs are more or less loved by everyone in our Bangladesh. Eggs have a lot of nutritional value. Eating eggs every day fills the deficiency of several nutrients in the body. But you should not eat too many eggs. One or two eggs can be consumed daily if there are no health problems. Cholesterol in eggs does not have the same negative effects on the human body as other sources. Some people prefer to eat only the white of the egg and not the yolk, which provides some protein without cholesterol. Egg white contains protein and yolk contains good fats, iron and vitamins. Eggs are very effective in the physical growth, bone strengthening and intellectual development of children. Therefore, we need to eat more or less eggs every day. Eggs also contain many vitamins such as vitamin A, which improves our eyesight. Eggs help us reduce the risk of heart disease. Also, eggs help us lose weight because if we eat eggs with rice, our stomach is full for a long time. Due to which we do not want to eat again and again. Due to which we are likely to gain weight. So. We can eat one to two eggs daily to stay healthy.
