Because I wanted to read this post, so I translated it and read, I found it informative. I'm leaving it for you.

The vaccination paradox

In the press, in the news, everywhere we hear the word compulsory vaccination for all employees in health facilities from March 15th. shall apply. Yes, I can't hear it anymore either. But, due to the current situation, a few lines anyway.

Was it actually compulsory to vaccinate?

The answer is no. The whole thing is regulated in §20a, which can be read here.

Accordingly, employers are obliged to 15.3. to request appropriate evidence in order to then report those employees who do not present this to the health department, which can then prohibit the employee from entering the facility.

The situation is unclear because 1. it is not known how long the processing will take and 2. whether the office will issue a ban on entry at all. Due to the lack of employees, some facilities could only maintain emergency care or even have to stop operating.

The paradox

Now we come to the paradox. Last week there were a lot of job applications in our daily newspaper from nurses who from 15.3. look for a new job.

A few days later, a joint article came from local facilities that they had responded to each ad and offered a job. Vaccination status is not a problem, they are urgently looking for qualified employees.

And so it could well be that someone who has advertised has received a job offer from his own employer. If that isn't paradoxical.

What's next?

Well, nobody seems to know that now. Employees are just as up in the air as employers.

Thanks for translating this post.
I read it and found it useful. It is not good thing to apply something without acquiescence.
