Eben habe ich gesehen, dass mit einer HardFork die Zeugen-Stimmen neu geregelt wurden.
Sieht schon besser aus. Ich muss aber selbst erst mal lesen, wie genau die Regelungen nun sind.

He is talking about regent account only, that automatically lost its power on a 2 year period. It have no tokens of its own, just power and that too gone.
So, don't worry because one say some info, that is not relevant.
And there are no community accounts being misused, that are all founders accounts, that were initially used to support curation, and led to big communities like what we see now, blurtlatam and blurtgerman are the examples of the community accounts (owned by respective communities).
So, just don't worry, ignore what people say.
But if you still want to power down, that is all your money, just do it when prices are high, so you don't bear a loss
