I'm starting to move beyond the 'I'm depressed because I have no work this week and there's no surf' to 'what wierdass thing can I do today?'. People ask 'what the hell do you do when you're not working' and I kinda feel a bit wierded out. There's plenty to do that isn't paid work. You just gotta create it.
So one thing I did was take my bicycle for a foraging trip up the golf course. I don't ride much but Jamie had reconditioned me this old bike and I love the colour and the basket so much I decided I'd actually ride it. And I'm really starting to enjoy it. I just hope he fixes the brakes and the gears too.
The other thing I did today was steal into the water re-use forest next to me, the one with the 'no trespasser
There's nothing wrong with being bored, some people even enjoy it :)))
I can't remember the last time I was bored! For me, even doing nothing - staring out the window - is very entertaining! Besides, we have the internet to keep us entertained now..

Mechanic logic , don't waste time on brakes and gears before the engine ( pedals to propel the bicycle forwards in this case ) are working . .. i get that .. and ill guess by mechanic's logic , that he will do the gears now first ,.. before the brakes ,. ;-)
