Salo-salo Time

Salo-salo literally means party but in filipino context it is just a simple unplanned get together who ever is there and whatever food is available.
It is a great way to catch up with friends and family. It is an opportunity to share good food and good conversation in a relaxed and comfortable setting. Whether it's a potluck-style gathering or a planned meal, the focus is always on enjoying each other's company.

Everybody contributes and brings foods to be shared by all.

From appetizers to desserts, there's always something for everyone to enjoy. It's a chance to try new dishes and share old favorites. The atmosphere is always welcoming and festive, with laughter and conversation filling the air.
A salo-salo is a wonderful way to create memories and strengthen bonds with the people you care about.

I felt blessed and happy for this opportunity to have a salo-salo with them!

A life is not about prestige and being fancy, no matter how simple it's all about friends and family.❤️
