Preparing to see our new tokens on Cosmos, I tried to create a Cosmostation wallet.
One super-important instruction is missing from their site. You CAN create a new wallet from their mobile app and use it that way. BUT, if you wish to use their web wallet you still FIRST have to create it on the app and only THEN can you login on the browser.
Hope they fix that soon, as it is bizarre. Anyway, works now :-)

And don't forget to write down and store the rather long mnemonic! If you do wish to use the web wallet, you'll need to input all the details the first time.
This raises a question for me.
If I'm understanding your post correctly, one would need to download an app to their phone in order to participate in this airdrop? Those who don't have the means to download an app to a phone would be excluded from the airdrop and subsequent participation in Splash?
Has nothing to do with Splash airdrop :-)
I meant "prepping" in the sense that it will facilitate trading in future tokens and staking validators.
