It always make me smile when companies put "Bad, I'm unsatisfied." as an option but still expect everyone to choose "Good, I'm satisfied."

Why even have it as an option?
Because otherwise they would lose customers, because customers expect they can flunk the companies with negative reviews... I used to get a few phone calls when I gave 0 as numeric review...
Some places like Google Play Store don't allow giving 0 star reviews... Then people just report the apps as harmful to their devices.
I know people who work in places like that and they say bad reviews hurt their employee metrics and those metrics determine whether they get raises and bonuses or even fired.
Some companies like Amazon try to get as many bad reviews as possible... Others panic if they get anything else than 5 star review...

There's shitload of social media videos online about Amazon... Some of them trash Amazon for inadequate packaging, but there is a few that tell how easy it is to get a refund from Amazon... Basically for every bad review, people post 5 positive reviews.
But why would Amazon want bad reviews???
They save money by breaking law as police doesn't investigate international frauds if the amount is small...
It is common for Amazon to for example not verify that the credit card number actually belongs to the person using it... This means they never ask CVV or CVC code and doesn't use Verified by Visa or similar system to make sure the card isn't copied.
If they get caught misusing credit card information, they refund only the latest charge and not previous ones.
