Ok, flush out the cookies from your browser, clear cache, breathe deeply and slowly...lol.

Try again, firstly with your existing account...

I've had something similar happen ages ago - somehow it kept the old session token active and would log me into the wrong account - seemingly.

Then try the new account with new keys - but first clear the session cookie again or do it in a different browser window.

Incognito mode will work

I tried using the microsoft browser which I've never used so no history on it. New and old keys do not work on the new account.

here's the new account proof I did make one and it has my 100 blurt https://blurtwallet.com/@fakeologist11/transfers

Yeah, we know, but like 30 seconds after, you did some odd txn in your account:

what were you trying to do?
looks like just before claiming rewards

you should also have a small txt file downloaded with the keys.
it is really difficult to change one's keys! lol.

Its obviously not hard coz I just did it unknowingly and I am a twat at this

No idea what that is the link doesn't load for me. I don't remember doing anything odd in my wallet either, I just claimed a tiny reward a few minutes ago. Maybe that was the 10 blurt to open a new account?
Oh I know what it might have been I tried to give him 1000 blurt but didn't have enough liquid so it rejected it. That might be the weird tx

have u tried logging in to both blurt.blog and blurtwallet?
without any auto-fill

Yes both working with new passwords on this account.

Been thinking about this and I think the 'odd txn' you saw must have been me changing my password!! Could that be it? I dunno what a txn is btw ;-)

txn = transaction.

could be - but why? why would you change your own password?
there remains a small concern that your goof may hide something odd in the code - so it is still worth knowing the "anatomy of the goof"!

All I know is a box came up at some point after I hit create account button (without saving the password), which asked me to change my/the password. So I did.
I do have a gremlin on my cursor, sometimes it seems to have a life of its own and moves about so I have to hit the escape button until it stops but pretty sure that didn't happen during the process.

ok, that now sounds truly lost.
maybe fakeologist12 ?

I don't think it's that as I logged out of this account to try and didn't use the auto-password function. I am logged in now to this account using the NEW password I thought was for the new account.
