Rapeseed Oil Cooking

One of the biggest changes to my cooking recently is the inclusion of rapeseed oil, otherwise known as canola oil. This oil contains a very low saturated fat count and is a good source of vitamins (E especially).

Cooking with this oil gives a light taste to food and I have enjoyed making my stir fry dishes so far with this.

If you're looking for a healthy oil alternative, try rapeseed oil.
