Tinolang Isda(Fish Soup)

Tinolang Isda for today's lunch!
*Tinolang isda is a savory fish soup from the Philippines. In Tagalog, isda means fish and tinola means soup.

*Tamarong fish, this is what we called here in our place.. I bought 1 kilo for 240 pesos...this recipe was perfectly good for today's weather.. It's slightly raining here in our place(Consolacion, Cebu).
*Practically any kind of fish can be used for this dish. The best ones are those that are the freshest catch of the day that you can find in the wet market.

*For the Ingredients; I had a lemongrass, onion, long chili green, tomatoes and the spring onions.

*I also had a malunggay leaves and a spinach here!

*First thing: Just boiled a water, put some Ingredients like; tomatoes, onion, lemongrass..after 5 mins. of boiling, add the fish and the long chili green..add the salt
*Taste! Then add the green leafy; the malunggay and the spinach.
