Nutritious Vegetables Soup!
Very easy yet yummy and very delicious soup
This vegetable soup with coconut milk is one of the simple Filipino vegetable dishes that you will make. It’s full of nutrients, heartwarming, and a great dish to eat with steamed rice!
•This one is a really easy recipe–it’s a mix of vegetables cooked in coconut milk that we call ‘ginataang gulay,’ I love to have this dish with some cooked rice for a really hearty and satisfying meal.
•Mix Vegetables
•Shrimp
•Garlic
•Onion
•Spring Onions
•Knorr Ginataang Gulay
Steps:
1.Heat a large pan or wok over medium high heat. Add 1 tbsp of oil and sauté the onions and garlic until aromatic. 2.Sauté until lightly blistered, around 2 minutes. Afterwards, add in half cup of water.
3.Add in the vegetables then leave to boil for 10-12 minutes until the vegetables are almost cooked through.
4.Add the shrimp and the coconut milk and malunggay leaves (if using). Season with salt to taste.
5.Leave to cook over medium high heat for a few more minutes until the vegetables are cooked through. Adjust seasoning depending on desired taste. Enjoy while hot with some steamed rice!
