Yummy and healthy Soup
•Ingredients:
Sotanghon
Malunggay
Tomatoes
Chicken cubes
Garlic
Onion
Pepper
Seasoning
Salt
Soy sauce
Egg
•Just prepare the all ingredients!
Cooking this dish at home is as quick and easy as making regular sotanghon soup. All you have to do is prepar all the ingredients and then start cooking the soup.
This dish is packed with nutrients and it tastes good too.Healthy dishes can also be delicious. Sotanghon Soup with Malunggay is a good example.
•Saute garlic, onion & patis.. then add water.. kapag kumukulo na maaari ng ilagay ang chicken cubes & sotanghon.. simmer for 3-5 minute or until maluto ang sotanghon then add eggs, seasoning powder & malunggay.. season with salt & pepper..
