Internet is a crucial factory when working from home. Life is terrible with continues connection. When I move to new house I experience lots of issues regarding network connection. Especially SLT 4G has bandwidth issues to this area and there is almost no signal all the day. "i can't see your screen" was the common thing that every one says when I present in a meeting.
So we purchased slt package that contains a land line, peo tv and fiber. Actually it was new year offer so our installation fee was very low.
All went well until we realized that signal strength coming to upper flow is extremely low. Devices in office room couldn't connect to the fiber network at all.
We try to get SLT to apply any possible solution but they had no other option to do for free.
They gave us two suggestions, first installing a signal strengthener and second option was extending with land cables.
Even though we can take the maximum speed by extending with land cables, both our laptops didn't have a network port. So we had to discard that option.
Signal extender was some what feasible but we had the problem of catching signal. Signal extender is a device that catches signal and amplify it's strength.
After further researching we decided to setup a wifi access point which uses network cable to transmit data to upper flow and distribute via wifi.
This over comes the risk of catching signals by a signal extender. Also as we transmit data via a cable to upper floor, the drop of speed is also significantly low.

Currently, life without the Internet is really terrible because we are used to solving almost everything via the web.
I don't know if placing everything via Wi-Fi is the solution, but I hope that everything improves, and they can connect the laptops, in the same way that others can see your screen.
Our day-to-day activities are always attached to the internet. So, we need to have a proper connection for all.
