做鱼干

孩他爸前几天去安徽太平湖钓了几天的鱼,有一些的鱼获。但是这几种鱼都很刚烈性情暴躁,所以没多久就会死。鱼排老板会帮忙剖鱼处理,再放入冰块,使鱼能尽量保持新鲜度。

回来后孩他爸也处理了很久,要把鱼鳞都刮了,大概有30斤鱼,我把盐巴放入香叶和八角开小火炒一炒,这样会更香,炒熟后用筛子把香叶和八角捞出,等盐巴凉了就可以用了。把盐巴均匀的抹到每一条鱼上,用大的袋子装好扎好防水份吸干。就这样放速冻里,等到冬天风和日丽的时候拿出来洗干净再晒干。

老爸老妈还挺喜欢吃鱼干的,这几种鱼腌起来晒鱼干应该不错的。
