昨天去公司加了一天班，其实今年效益不好，本来没多少活的，结果现在为了应付集团检查，最近疯狂的赶产值，有点寅吃卯粮的味道。把后面的合同干出来，来充当现在的产值，以此来完成集团的指标。只是不知道这种小聪明能瞒多久，感觉现在的领导没有把心思用来真正做事，只是为了应付上面，真是让人担忧。
最近公司里面一直是接二连三的人辞职，大家实在是撑不住了，特别是有房贷、车贷的，工资已经不够还贷的了，突然之间压力这么大。马上就有大量的毕业生走向社会了，据说今年的就业形势不会太好，因为经济不景气，很多企业没有用工需求，真是让人担忧。
疫情持续这么久，也许影响在慢慢体现，一定要学会未雨绸缪，还是要有些计划比较好，来应对一些意想不到的情况，而不是到时候只能是束手无策。
古代有大智慧者，总是能提前进行谋划，才给了人们一种料事如神的感觉，他们会对各种可能出现的结果进行分析，并制定一些防范措施，所以才总是会不慌不忙，悠然自得。
