与其做表面文章,不如真正去做事(It's better to do something than to do superficial things.)

最近公司卷的越来越厉害了,据说董事长亲自查考勤,结果是我们部门下班是最早的,这下我们部门就惨了,直接被董事长当成典型了,我们部门领导被董事长一天拉去训了三四次。

造成的结果就是现在下班都不敢直接走了,就在公司里呆着,看着就让人觉得搞笑,大部分人都没事可做,因为没有啥活,要么坐着休息,要么玩手机,这样的加班也不知道意义在哪。

主要的原因还是公司不景气,以前效益好的时候领导是无暇顾及这些事情的,现在领导也无事可做,就开始抓这些事情了,这也是给集团领导做样子的。

形式主义其实是于事无补的,与其做样子,不如真正的做事情,让产品有销路,做大市场才是正道,拿着员工做文章又有什么前景呢。

It was directly regarded as a typical example by the chairman, and our department leaders were dragged by the chairman to train three or four times a day.

As a result, I dare not go directly after work now, just stay in the company, and it makes people feel funny to watch it. Most people have nothing to do, because they have nothing to do, so they either sit and rest or play with their mobile phones. I don't know the significance of such overtime.

The main reason is the company's recession. In the past, when the benefits were good, the leaders were too busy to take care of these things. Now, the leaders have nothing to do, and they begin to grasp these things, which is also a show for the group leaders.

Formalism actually doesn't help. Instead of pretending, it's better to really do things, make products marketable, and expand the market. What's the prospect of making a fuss with employees?
