没有调查就没有发言权（He who makes no investigation and study has no right to speak.）

每次假期结束都不太想去上班，看到那一堆活就头疼，一点也不想动。对工作还是缺乏热爱，我有时候真是挺羡慕那些对工作充满热情的人，不知道这是不是因为工作是他们的兴趣所在。

最近工作上面换了搭档，这个搭档挺有意思的，是个谨小慎微的人，总是会为一些小事担心，有点让我哭笑不得。工作中有点问题他就会来问我，有时还要问我好几遍，问的我都有点没脾气了。其实他年龄不比我小，比我来的时间还长，可能是他的性格使然吧。之前我们没有合作过，这次合作才让我对他有了新的了解。

有时候就是这样，没有深入了解的时候看到的是另外一个人，当真正共事的时候又成了另外一个人了。所以什么事情都不是表面的样子，“没有调查就没有发言权”这句话真的很有道理。

当然现在还是磨合阶段，希望以后我们能相互取长补短，大家愉快的合作才是最重要的，工作本来就不容易，还是要开心一些的好。

I don't want to go to work at the end of every holiday. I feel headache when I see that pile of work, and I don't want to move at all. Sometimes, I really envy those who are passionate about work. I wonder if this is because work is their interest.

Recently, I changed my partner at work. This partner is quite interesting. He is a cautious person, and always worries about small things, which makes me laugh and cry. He would ask me some questions at work, and sometimes he would ask me several times, which made me lose my temper. Actually, he's not younger than me, and he's been here longer than me. Maybe it's his personality. We haven't cooperated before, but this cooperation has given me a new understanding of him.

Sometimes, when you don't know better, you see another person, and when you really work together, you become another person. So everything is not what it looks like. The saying "No investigation, no right to speak" really makes sense.

Now, of course, it's still the running-in stage. I hope we can learn from each other's strong points in the future. The most important thing is everyone's pleasant cooperation. It's not easy to work, so it's better to be happy.
