在我的认知里,吃糖主要是对牙齿不好,容易造成肥胖,还会引起血糖高等问题,但对视力是否有影响,我一直认为不会的。但自从看了一篇报道后,我才知道吃糖原来对视力也有影响。

那么吃糖是怎么影响视力的呢?我们知道,我们眼睛看到的东西是通过眼睛的晶状体成像在视网膜上,这样就能看清楚东西。近视的原因就是眼球变变长了,无法正常成像在视网膜上了,看到的事物就模糊了。吃糖会引起钙的流失,使眼球的外层支撑组织变软,容易导致眼球变长,从而造成视力下降。

并且关于含糖量多的食物或许大家还有误区,我们一般认为甜的东西含糖量才高,像辣条之类的含糖量会很少。其实也不是,其实辣条含糖量也高,一包辣条的含糖量就超过了人体一天的糖量需求。所以购买食物的时候要靠配料表才行,如果配料表中有白砂糖之类的并且靠前,就说明含糖量很高。

还有就是碳水化合物的摄入,也要控制,含糖量也很高。特别是孩子们,还是多吃水果、蔬菜和肉类,保证营养均衡,减少糖的摄入,从而有一个健康的身体。

Eating sugar can cause the loss of calcium, soften the outer supporting tissues of the eyeball, and easily lead to the lengthening of the eyeball, thus causing the decline of vision.

And there may still be some misunderstandings about foods with a lot of sugar. We generally think that sweet things have a high sugar content, and things like spicy strips have a low sugar content. Actually, it's not. In fact, the sugar content of spicy strips is also high. The sugar content of a packet of spicy strips exceeds the daily sugar demand of human body. Therefore, when you buy food, you have to rely on the ingredient list. If there is something like white sugar in the ingredient list and it is in the front, it means that the sugar content is very high.

Even the intake of carbohydrates should be controlled, and the sugar content is also very high. Children, in particular, should eat more fruits, vegetables and meat to ensure a balanced nutrition and reduce sugar intake, so as to have a healthy body.
